Renovation of an abandoned multi-story hotel built prior to World War I and located in downtown Shreveport, LA. The renovation will include a modern French restaurant, a Prohibition-Era speakeasy, a 5,000-sf event space, and a courtyard. Renovation will involve a total reconstruction of the mechanical and electrical systems. A newly constructed 3,300-sf micro-distillery will produce handcrafted corn whiskey, vodka, gin, moonshine, and bourbon.
