Fire Stations 1 & 4

Fire Station No. 1 is a new 17,000-sf building and Fire Station No. 4 is a new 11,000-sf building. Both facilities include vehicle areas, living/sleeping quarters, lounge, full-service kitchen, training and fitness areas. MEP systems include both all-electric and gas-fired rooftop units, dedicated energy recovery ventilation, apparatus vehicle bay exhaust filtration, instantaneous gas-fired domestic water heating, automatic fire sprinkler protection, natural gas emergency stand-by generator and LED lighting. Structural systems are composed of a shallow foundation and structural steel framing with long span steel joists.
